Chapter 213 Cat Dad and the New Evolution Material

Ancient Dao Stone of Chaos Seraphim

Before the Great Reset, Chaos Seraphim Mao Miaomiao gathered his army and battled against Beta Testers of Pangu Online 2 and Pangu in the decisive war game. During the war, Dao Stones were the primary resources for the participating deities.

This Ancient Dao Stone once belonged to the Chaos Seraphim, Mao Miaomiao, for several millennia. Because of Mao Miaomiao’s monstrous dantian size, the stone evolved and absorbed his Dao and Qi. Anyone who gets a hand on this dao stone may find themselves in trouble… unless you’re his family or friend.

*[Cathulhu Instinct]:

Have fun meeting your dad? This is the GIFT from your daddy! Say thanks to him, damn ingrate!

*[Foresight]: Never doubt your mysterious father. You have been warned.

Xiaomao’s three eyes almost popped out of their sockets. Even the bystanders were shocked when they saw the item’s description.

A mythical item!

Even John and James salivated. But when they noticed the 6th effect of the stone, they changed their minds. Nobody wanted to die by offending the chaos seraphim!

The crew looked at Xiaomao in envy. Lucky congratulated her master.

“Master, this is so good! You can get stronger by just keeping it in your inventory!”

Xiaomao gulped. Indeed, it was different from other materials, which had limitations and cooldown time. In addition, there was no warning that this item could drop from his body upon death.

As for the effects, they were more broken than the others as it would continuously increase his stats by keeping the item on him. The fourth perk would also be extremely useful in the future since it bypassed all requirements and restrictions for equipment, spells, and skills.

Everything was so dazzling that Xiaomao almost fainted. He swiped it and kept the item in his inventory right away. Then, he looked at the clock and counted time.

An hour later, the game system gave him messages as expected.

DING

Getting stats by doing nothing gave Xiaomao a weird feeling. He forgot about the strange grief he had earlier.

Xiaomao looked up and discovered that the mermen already dispersed and chilled at the water park. Shepherd’s gang gathered at the restaurant area, but Lucky remained behind.

“I was absentminded, munya,” Xiaomao dryly laughed. He also couldn’t believe that he did nothing but look at the system’s clock for a whole hour.

“Welcome back, master. Would you like to have some breakfast first… or me first?”

“…”

Xiaomao rolled his eyes. Sometimes, he wondered why Lucky was obsessed with this matter.

“I’m going to cultivate, munya. I have another whole day to increase my levels and my stats.”

Lucky’s waggling tail was frozen. Her ears drooped, dejected, “Okay.”

“If you have time, I’ll teach you how to cultivate, munya.”

“Can I learn it?” Lucky’s eyes brightened.

“I don’t know. Let’s try, munya.”

“So that means; can we dual-cultivate?”

“…”

Xiaomao quietly brought out his wizard staff and bonked her.

The first match between the MUNYA Guild and Shu Han Guild was broadcasted and highlighted on the game company’s official channel. The number of viewers was two million, and the chat was so fast that no human could follow them.

Spams, emoticons, and meme emojis flooded the chat. Many viewers also donated and left many harsh criticisms for the game companies because of Xiaomao, Jiang Wei, Wei Yan, and Mao Miaomiao’s abnormal strength and power.

While many viewers were dissatisfied with the imbalanced mechanics and character strength, the majority of the viewers were silent.

Among the silent viewers, Jungwoo was one of them. He had logged out from the game after he lost to Battlefield Warlord in the solo arena, and he witnessed the entire battle between Mao Miaomiao and Wei Yan.

In Jungwoo’s room, a certain white cat and an orange cat were sitting on the desk in front of him, watching the PC’s monitor as well.

Munya (What do you think, tiger?)

Jungwoo glanced at Mu-Nyang. He leaned against his gaming chair and rested his arms over his head.

“Which one should I comment on?”

Munya (Try putting yourself in that angel’s shoes. Do you think you can beat Wei Yan?)

Jungwoo shook his head, “Nah, I’m a lot slower than them. How the hell can they move so fast in the soul domain anyway?”

Munya-Munya! (You will understand it when you break through to the 8th or 9th stage. Anyway, about our deal.)

“I know. I’ll pay your kid a visit and join his whatever guild. In exchange, keep guarding my real body while I’m in the game. Those ghosts have been getting on my nerve. “

Munya! (Of course! That’s a deal!)

Mu-Nyang and Jungwoo shook hands. On the other hand, the orange cat, Mir, simply yawned and walked on the computer’s keyboard. Then, she slept on it.

“Err, can I have my keyboard, miss?”

Mew! (Shut it! The weather is too cold. I need a warm place to sleep!)

“H-How about my bed?”

Mew! (Too dirty and smelly! When was the last time you changed your bed sheets?!)

“…”
